Cons:
- As it is hand mix, one needs to be careful with proper proportions.
- It doesn’t provide the firmness of a tray material specially in case of two-step impression technique.

My review of Affinis Super Soft Putty
I have used Affinis Super Soft Putty to make impressions for my crowns. I have found it very easy to handle and mix. It’s softness and smooth nature allows a fast homogeneous mix.
Beyond it’s ease of mixing, I have not found it a very suitable tray material for universal use. It’s softness is a disadvantage in getting a proper adaptation while using in either a two step impression technique or even while making impressions for study models using only putty material.
I have also used President Putty . I would still prefer Aquasil Soft putty from Dentsply Sirona for universal use in all type of situations.
Hence, this Affinis Super Soft Putty can be used only in single-step putty wash impression technique.
